An order is recorded when you confirm it on the site and becomes final after our confirmation call.

We may decline an order with incomplete details or an unreachable number.

Prices are in Algerian dinars, taxes included. Delivery costs show before you confirm, based on the commune and delivery mode.

If delivery can't be priced online, we tell you the cost on the call, before shipping.

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. No online payment is requested.

We deliver to all 58 wilayas, to your home or a pickup point. Lead times given by phone are estimates.

Check the parcel in front of the courier before paying.

On-screen colours may differ slightly from the real fabric. If unsure, ask for a photo or a sample before ordering.

Fabric cut to your length isn't taken back or exchanged unless faulty.

Report a faulty or wrong item by phone within 48 hours of receipt. We offer an exchange or refund after checking it.
